We collect: email address (for account creation), IP address and browser metadata (for Cloak traffic filtering), payment information (processed by Paddle — we do not store credit card numbers), and usage data (API calls, page visits).
Email: account management, billing notifications, service updates. IP/browser data: Cloak traffic filtering decisions, fraud prevention. Usage data: service improvement, usage limits enforcement.
Data is stored on encrypted servers. Payment data is processed by Paddle and Stripe — we never handle raw credit card numbers. API keys and passwords are hashed.
We use Paddle and Stripe for payment processing, and Cryptomus for cryptocurrency payments. Each provider has its own privacy policy.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@paymentrouter.vip.
We use essential cookies for session management and Cloak JS challenge verification. No advertising cookies.
